Screw Piles

KMA can supply and install all of your screw piling requirements on a project. Safe working load piles ranging from 50-600kN (5-60 tonne)*. KMA product is sourced and manufactured to rigorous Australian Standards, so you can be assured the product we use is made and designed project specific and suitable for Australia's Robust environment.

There are many benefits to screw piling over other systems including:

• Quick and simple installation process, 10-20 times faster then driven piles (in some geotechnical conditions)
• Vibration-less, nil impact to surrounding environment and structures
• Nil dewatering requirements
• Re-usable (in some circumstances) and can be removed and re-positioned due to latent conditions encountered onsite
• Suitable for most soil conditions
• Installed using calibrated torque, especially corellated to the specific soil conditions and strengths
• Typically nil additional reinforcement required however, reinforcement and corefull can be easily adopted and implemented to add to strength and durability.
• Simple connection to footings over, dowel, corefill bar or plate connections typically can be used as in and out of ground support. i.e. in lieu of stump supports
• Immediate load restraint
• Easily load tested to Australian standard
• Nil spoil
